This enables you to support your customers even better. We offer technical training courses covering a variety of topics:
- Organizational structure of TMD Friction
- Basics + mode of action of various wheel brakes
- Basics + construction of brake friction elements (disc brake pad + drum brake lining)
- Legal requirements + labelling of brake friction elements
- Proper installation of brake friction elements
- Damage profiles with evaluation + corrective measures
- Brake by wire (including pad/lining replacement) 20 min
The aforementioned topics are taught with specific emphases for various groups of participants according to field (commercial or passenger vehicles) and level of training required (sales, technical support and/or repair and service). Furthermore, special attention is given to current topics, so the course contents undergo continuous updates. Of course we also gladly provide instruction on special topics, such as catalogue use and ordering, complaint handling and many other subjects. Our training program includes courses for service shops, retail, technical investigators, certification and more. We offer a range from short presentations to intensive, full day training events.
